On a recent trip, I had the pleasure of stopping in Grafton to deliver training and discovered an absolute gem – Toast Café. If you ever find yourself in town, this place is a must-visit! The food was incredible, and it’s always great to experience the local hospitality that makes regional NSW so special.
From Waterfalls to the Great Dividing Range
Travelling to training locations isn’t just about the work—it’s also about the journey. Recently, on the way to Armidale, I was treated to some stunning scenery, from cascading waterfalls to the rolling peaks of the Great Dividing Range. The historic buildings and beautiful countryside along the way were a reminder of how lucky we are to work in such an incredible part of the world.

One of my favourite challenges is transforming workplaces into training spaces—or working with whatever space we have to ensure the best learning environment possible.
